Ukrainian State Center for International Education

State Enterprise of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

The Ukrainian State Center for International Education works under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and is the national organization responsible for supporting international students and promoting Ukrainian education worldwide.

Our mission

To increase Ukraine’s competitiveness in the global education market by promoting high-quality Ukrainian education and supporting international academic cooperation.

What we do

Promoting Ukrainian Education

We promote Ukrainian universities and study opportunities abroad, helping students from all over the world discover Ukraine as a study destination.

Supporting International Students and Applicants

We provide clear information and guidance to foreign applicants and students on studying in Ukrainian universities.

Strengthening International Cooperation

We support international partnerships, academic exchanges, and participation of Ukrainian institutions in global education programs.

Research and Analytics

We conduct analytical work and collect official statistics related to international education in Ukraine.

Provides information support for international applicants and students, conducts analytical work, and registers study invitations submitted by educational institutions in the Electronic Journal. Also maintains records of cooperation agreements related to international student recruitment.

Consulting and Analytical Department

Provides informational and methodological support to educational institutions and individuals regarding the organization of education for foreigners in Ukraine. Also records official notifications about the arrival of international students.
