State Enterprise “Ukrainian State Center for International Education” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (hereinafter – Study in Ukraine) informs about the implementation of a new set of services for foreigners in affixing the “Apostille” stamp in the authorized for this state enterprise of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and in delivery of diplomas of graduates of Ukrainian higher education institutions among foreigners.
The following steps are necessary to use this Study in Ukraine service:
- Contact «Study in Ukraine» by e-mail at apply@studyinukraine.gov.ua, indicating your last and first name (patronymic, if available), passport number, name of educational institution, full delivery address, contact phone number and e-mail address and fill out this form.
- After the Study in Ukraine staff checks the person and confirms our readiness to provide the service (waiting period is about 10 days), the foreign citizen will be issued an invoice for payment. One can pay for the set of diploma delivery services on the Study in Ukraine website by card or through bank details.
- After payment, the foreign citizen has to send to Study in Ukraine a notarized power of attorney that specifies a Study in Ukraine employee.
- Wait for the diploma
