Olena Sulyma was born on 11 April 1976 in Obukhiv, Kyiv region.

In 2001 graduated from the National Pedagogical Drahomanov University and received a Master’s Degree, specialty – the English language teacher, teacher of the French language and foreign literature.

In 2010 received a second higher education in the Ukrainian State University of Finance and Foreign Trade, specializing in Accounting and Auditing.

In the Ukrainian State Center for International Education has been working since 2013, has held positions of Marketer, Senior Specialist of the Department of processing, registering and monitoring of information, Head of the Department of processing, registering and monitoring of information.

Works a Deputy Director since 2018.

Participated in such international education events as the XXVII International Exhibition “Perspectives-2017” in Poland, International Conference “New Educational Trend” (Baku, Azerbaijan) and the 11th Azerbaijan International Exhibition of Education (2018), the Third Eurasian Summit of Higher Education in Turkey (2018), the Sixth International Forum on Higher Education in Malaysia (2018).
