To get an accounting in our Centre for the entities (non-resident legal entities), giving intermediary services to international student’s recruitment for Ukrainian higher educational institutions:

1. Copies of constituent documents (constituent act, charter, foundation agreement, provisions, etc.) which give the right to recruit international students to Higher Education Institutions (provided only in Ukraine).

2. Copy of the legal entity registration certificate and confirmation document for a right to do recruitment.

3. A statement from your bank detailing the name of the bank, your name, and bank account details.

4. Copies of confirmation documents for powers of the private entity head and the person, responsible for recruitment services for international students as candidates for study.

5. Copies of passports of the private entity head and person, responsible for recruitment services for international students as candidates for study.

6. The copy of the document confirming the authority for residents of Ukraine to act on behalf of non-residents (Power of Attorney) (in case non-residents cannot provide work activities personally, for example, to give the right for residents of Ukraine to sign agreements on behalf of non-residents), which allows non-residents civil rights and obligations.

7. Copy of a current agreement (agreements) for recruitment services to international students for Ukrainian universities.

8. Personal data collection consent from the private entity head and the person, responsible for recruitment services for international students as candidates for study (annex 2, Download Annex 2).

9. An application form to be registered with the Center and getting an access to the Electronic Journal of Ukrainian State Center for International Education (annex 3, Download Annex 3).

10. General Service Agreement with the Ukrainian State Center for International Education (2 copies) (annex 1, Download Annex 1).

26.05.2017  representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, led by Deputy Minister Roman Hreba, joined in the Africa Day celebrations hosted at the Verkhovna Rada to commemorate the date of the foundation of the Organisation of African Unity – now known as the African Union.

Deputy Minister Hreba outlined the historic ties between Africa and Ukraine in the area of higher education. The director of the Ukrainian State Center for International Education, Olena Shapovalova, also gave a presentation on the services of the Center and statistics of international students in Ukraine.

Over 15,000 international students from 49 countries of Africa choose Ukraine as their higher education study destination of choice. Many African students have embraced Ukrainian culture including Leonardo Obodoeke from Nigeria. He is studying at Ternopil Medical University, writes his own songs in Ukrainian, and was featured on The Voice Ukraine in 2014 singing in Ukrainian.
