Paid services of the state enterprise «Ukrainian State Center for International Education» are provided in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Statute of the state enterprise «Ukrainian State Center for International Education», approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, August 22, 2019 № 1142.
The basis for the provision of paid services is an agreement with a legal entity or individual, in particular a public agreement (offer) in oral form. If a person has paid for the relevant service of the state enterprise “Ukrainian State Center for International Education”, this indicates their desire to enter into an agreement (accept the offer), and this action is the acceptance of the offer.
The following Agreement, addressed to an unlimited number of individuals and legal entities, is an official public offer (in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) of the state enterprise “Ukrainian State Center for International Education”:
