Born on the 24th of January, 1984 in Kharkiv (Ukraine).
In 2006 graduated with honors from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University with a Master degree in History and the Institute of Oriental Studies and International Relations “Kharkiv Collegium” with a Specialist degree in International Economic Relations.
In 2009 successfully defended PhD thesis “Russian-Japanese Relations (2000-2008)” in the specialized academic council of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
Candidate of Historical Sciences (Ph.D.) (2010), Associate Professor (2014).
In November 2013 did an internship in the United States (Washington DC, Lansing, MI) on “Higher Education and Innovation” (Open World Program ACTR/ACCELS).
Graduate of the Swedish Institute’s programs, namely: the Summer Academy for Young Professionals (SAYP) at Lund University on “Public Administration and Management – Transparency and the Public Sector” (2015) and the Summer University of the Swedish Institute at Lund University on “Sustainable Development – conflicts and decisions “(2007).
In November 2015 completed an internship at the University of Warsaw within the framework of the project “Innovative University and Leadership. Phase II: quality assurance and internationalization “.
Since 2009 – lecturer (2009–2010), senior lecturer (2010–2011), associate professor (2011– present time) of the Department of Tourism Business and Regional Studies of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
