A resolution on the implementation of an experimental project for the organization of recruitment to institutions of higher education and training (internship) for foreigners and stateless persons has been published on the Government portal.

 

The launch of the Unified Interdepartmental Information System on the recruitment of international entrants into higher education institutions begins on August 1. The first step is to connect the electronic cabinets of Ukrainian higher education institutions to the Unified System. To do this, higher education institutions must provide the following documents to the state enterprise “Ukrainian State Center for International Education” by August 1:

📒 filled out agreement with “Study in Ukraine” in two copies;
📒 supporting documents proving that the higher education institution has a license to conduct educational activities and a certificate of accreditation of the educational program in the prescribed manner;
📒 a letter on the appointment of the responsible operator of the Unified System in the higher education institution, who is an employee of the HEI (which is confirmed by the appointment order).

 

Connection of electronic cabinets of Ukrainian higher education institutions to the Unified System will be carried out only if they have a license to conduct educational activities and a certificate of accreditation of the educational program in the prescribed manner.

 

To connect to the Unified System and work in it, higher education institutions must fully enter information on the HEI page on the studyinukraine.gov.ua website regarding admission rules, tuition fees, living conditions, etc.

 

As a result of connecting higher education institutions to the Unified System, foreign entrants will be able to register and apply for selected educational programs, that according to the Unified State Electronic Database on Education are accredited, to higher education institutions of Ukraine that carry out educational activities under appropriate licenses.
