In your digital account of the Unified System, the educational institution of your choice must provide you with its educational offer.

You can accept or reject it. If you are satisfied with all the conditions, you can accept the educational offer, and the educational institution will issue you an invitation for study.
What is an educational offer?

An educational offer is a digital document that contains the following information:

1. name of the educational institution;
2. name of the accredited educational program;
3. type of studying;
4. language of instruction;
5. course;
6. level​ of education;
7. specialty/direction;
8. validity period of the invitation;
9. study year;
10. duration of study;
11. tuition fees, etc.
