To enroll in a Ukrainian educational institution, you must create an applicant’s digital account in the Unified Interdepartmental Informational System of Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons who want to study in institutions of professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-university, higher education of Ukraine.
It is a simple and convenient way to officially communicate with various educational institutions.
The applicant’s digital account is intended for:
- submission of a digital application for an invitation and digital copies of documents for enrollment to institutions of professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-university, higher education;
- receiving a description of the educational offer from the institution of professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-university, higher education;
- sending a response to the description of the educational offer;
- receiving digital invitations, messages (in particular, regarding visas, recognition of educational documents obtained abroad, getting a temporary residence permit, disapproval of an invitation or refusal to issue a visa);
- sending information about the date and time of arrival, flight/vehicle number, place of arrival;
- submission, in the cases outlined by legislation, of additional documents necessary for the relevant authorities to carry out verification measures and decide on approval of the digital invitation, or refusal of approval;
- submission of an educational document obtained by a foreigner abroad, necessary for admission to an institution of professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-university, higher education;
- informing a foreigner about the list of documents that must be submitted for issuing a temporary residence permit;
- receiving information on the status of the application for issuing a temporary residence permit;
- obtaining a conclusion on the results of the validation of the educational document received by the foreigner abroad.
In order to register an applicant’s digital account, click the “Register” button. To register an account, you must specify your e-mail address, to which you will receive confirmation of registration and instructions with further steps.
Then you can make an application in your digital account to form an invitation to your university of choice.
You must attach copies of the following documents to your application:
- an educational document, on the basis of which you are being enrolled, and an annex to it (if the presence of an annex is outlined in the legislation of the document’s country of origin);
- an academic certificate issued by an educational institution (in case of transfer or renewal of studies starting from the second year);
- passport;
- color digitized face image;
All documents must be uploaded in a PDF format or in a JPG image format.
Please note that if you need to submit more than 3 documents at once, combine several documents into one PDF file (for example, an educational document and its annex).
The number of applications for an invitation cannot exceed 20.
The application for an invitation is sent to the educational institution automatically after payment. The cost of submitting each application is 3100 UAH.
