Indian students who have got the invitations for study before the 20th of October, 2016 can be enrolled for study until 18th of November, 2016.

Other Indian students who have got  the invitation after 20th of October should be enrolled for study in terms appointed by legislation (until the 1st of November and 1st of March respectively).
