Prevention of corruption

The core principles and values guiding the work of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian State Center for International Education” (hereinafter — USCIE) are transparency and the provision of high-quality services.

If you become aware of possible violations of anti-corruption legislation or any facts indicating corrupt practices by USCIE employees, please report them using one of the following channels:

  • by phone to the Authorized Officer for Prevention and Detection of Corruption: +38 067 140 49 50
  • by email: airport@studyinukraine.gov.ua
  • or through other reporting methods foreseen by the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” No. 1700-VII of October 14, 2014 (hereinafter — the Law).

Please note that, in accordance with Article 53-1 of the Law, individuals who report possible corruption or corruption-related offences — including anonymous reports submitted in written or electronic form, during a personal meeting, or via a dedicated telephone line — are guaranteed confidentiality and anonymity.

At the same time, other written submissions that do not include the sender’s place of residence, are not signed by the author(s), or where authorship cannot be established, are considered anonymous under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals” No. 393/96-VR of October 2, 1996, and are not subject to consideration.

The information you provide will be used as a basis for deciding whether appropriate action is required, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
