A digital invitation for study (internship) is a digital document containing specific information:
- name of the educational institution;
- specialty;
- type of studying;
- expiration date of the digital invitation, etc;
The digital invitation is signed by an authorized representative of the institution of professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-university, higher education with a qualified digital signature or seal.
If you want to have a paper invitation, you can print it.
The digital invitation is valid for six months. You need it to process visa documents and enter Ukraine.
Information about the registered digital invitation is transferred through the Unified System to the visa information and communication system for further use by foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, etc.
