How to set up your digital account

To apply to study at a university in Ukraine, you first need to create a digital applicant account.

This account is the official and easy way to communicate with Ukrainian universities and authorities during your application process.

What can you do with this digital account?

With your account, you can:

• send an online application to a Ukrainian university and upload digital copies of the documents needed for admission;
• receive a study invitation from a vocational, pre-university, or higher education institution in Ukraine;
• send your response to the university’s study invitation (for example, accept or decline it);
• receive your digital invitation and important messages, including information about:
  • student visas
  • recognition of your previous education
  • apply for a temporary residence permit
  • invitation rejection or visa refusal (if this happens);
• share your travel details, such as your arrival date and time, flight or transport number, and place of arrival in Ukraine;
• upload additional documents when required by law, so the authorities can review your application and decide whether to approve or refuse your digital invitation;
• upload your foreign education certificate or diploma, which is required for admission to vocational, pre-university, or higher education institutions in Ukraine;
• receive a clear list of documents you need to apply for a temporary residence permit in Ukraine;
• check the status of your temporary residence permit application online;
• receive the official result of the verification of your foreign education documents.

How to create your account

1. Click the “Register” button
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email — you will receive:
   • confirmation of registration
   • step-by-step instructions

Once your account is ready, you can apply to study at the university(s) you choose.

Documents you need to upload

When applying for an invitation, you will need to upload:

• your school or university diploma (and transcript, if required by the legislation of the document’s country of origin)
• an academic certificate (only if you are transferring or continuing studies from year 2 or higher)
• your passport
• a passport-style photo (in colour)

All files must be uploaded as PDF or JPG.

If you have more than 3 documents, simply combine them into one PDF file (for example, your diploma and transcript).

Important things to know

• You can submit up to 20 applications
• Application fee is 3100 UAH and is paid once
• Your application is automatically sent to the university after payment
