A digital study (or internship) invitation to study is an official electronic document that includes important details such as:

• the name of the university or college
• your chosen field of study or program
• the type of study (for example, full-time)
• the validity (expiration) date of the invitation

The digital invitation is officially signed online by an authorized representative of the educational institution using a secure digital signature or seal.

If you need a paper copy, you can easily print the invitation.

The digital invitation is valid for 6 months. You will need it to:

• apply for a student visa
• enter Ukraine

• Ukrainian embassies and consulates
• the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine etc.
